About the Role
You will work directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities across product commercial finance and operations. You will research and execute founder-led projects manage high-priority workstreams align internal and external stakeholders and evaluate and implement AI tools that improve efficiency and operational leverage.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program with top marks
- Have experience in a dynamic fast paced environment such as consulting or startups
- Demonstrate analytical and structured thinking
- Communicate research and data insights in a concise narrative
- Show a proactive high ownership mindset
- Demonstrate curiosity about technology AI tools and automation
- Be fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational initiatives across departments
- Conduct research and prepare and execute founder-led projects
- Manage investor vendor partner and internal initiatives
- Own high-priority workstreams from analysis through follow-through
- Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned with precise timely updates
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve efficiency
