About the Role
You will lead strategic customer engagements from initial workshop through delivery and handoff. You will translate business problems into feasible technical projects, configure workflows and integrations, enable adoption, manage executive stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities while partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, deployment strategy, technical consulting, or engagement management
- Knowledge of agentic coding and LLM production behavior
- Experience with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration
- Ability to read Python
- Ability to read JavaScript
- Ability to read TypeScript
- Experience shipping AI-native workflows beyond prototypes
- Executive stakeholder management experience
- Technical discovery and project-scoping capability
- Domain knowledge in financial services, insurance, telecom, high tech, healthcare, life sciences, or semiconductors is preferred
Responsibilities
- Scope customer projects with executive sponsors and define measurable ROI
- Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews
- Configure workflows, settings, integrations, and platform tooling
- Run technical enablement, create playbooks, and coach customer teams
- Monitor feasibility and adjust project scope when constraints emerge
- Identify expansion opportunities with the account team
- Escalate product gaps and integration friction to Product and Engineering
- Build reusable playbooks for the Forward Deployed Engineering organization
- Manage executive relationships from kickoff through handoff
- Translate between business outcomes and technical implementation
