About the Role
You will lead focused engagements with health system partners from discovery through delivery. You will scope workflow gaps on-site, lead a delivery pod, make product decisions, and route reusable insights into the core roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning product areas end-to-end
- Experience driving products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Ability to make technical trade-offs with engineering
- Experience leading time-bound, outcome-oriented engagements
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
Responsibilities
- Run on-site discovery with health system partners
- Scope engagements and define success criteria
- Lead a pod through sprint-style engagements
- Own product and feature decisions for engagements
- Prioritize reusable solutions and decline non-generalizable requests
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on new product builds
