About the Role
You will partner with Fortune 500 customers to transform legal workflows and institutional knowledge into scalable technology-driven solutions. You will deploy solutions, test product features, turn customer feedback into product insights, and support go-to-market teams with calls, demos, and legal workflow education.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- 4+ years of practicing law
- Ability to manage legal matters independently
- Experience using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills across legal and technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy solutions that encode customer institutional knowledge and translate legal expertise into product
- Partner with product and engineering teams to test features and identify product improvements
- Understand customer workflows and needs, validate use cases, and translate feedback into product insights
- Support go-to-market teams on customer calls and demos and educate them on legal workflows and product capabilities
