About the Role
You will lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models, from discovery and technical scoping through system design, development, and production rollout. You will build full-stack systems, work directly with customer engineering teams, guide adoption, manage delivery trade-offs, contribute code, and share feedback that improves products and models.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Production-grade frontend and backend coding with Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
- Understanding of how model behaviour affects product experience
- Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable production
- Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value
- Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers
- Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality
- Contribute directly to code
- Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, and building blocks
- Share field feedback with Research and Product
- Keep teams moving through clarity and follow-through
