About the Role
You will lead technical delivery from prototype to stable production for strategic customer deployments. You will scope and build full-stack systems, work directly with customer teams, guide adoption, manage delivery trade-offs, and turn field learnings into reusable tools and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Experience writing and reviewing production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
- Knowledge of how model behavior affects product experience
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across deployments from prototype to stable production
- Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value
- Embed with customer teams and guide adoption
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers
- Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality
- Contribute directly to code
- Codify working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks
- Share field feedback with Research and Product
- Keep teams moving through clarity and follow-through
