About the Role
You will lead end-to-end North deployments in private-cloud and on-premises environments. You will assess customer infrastructure, security, and data-management requirements; design tailored deployment strategies; configure, test, and roll out solutions; troubleshoot technical issues; and travel to work with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid-cloud environments
- Experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters
- Helm expertise
- DevOps practices
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Git experience
- Cloud infrastructure expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Networking expertise
- Virtualization expertise
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end North deployments in private-cloud and on-premises environments
- Assess infrastructure, security, and data-management requirements with enterprise IT teams
- Design deployment strategies that meet client needs and privacy and security standards
- Configure, test, and roll out deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
