About the Role
You will embed with strategic customers to build and deploy production applications using Claude models. You will deliver technical artifacts, provide deployment support, identify reusable patterns, and share insights with product and engineering stakeholders. You will develop customer relationships, discover new deployment opportunities, and travel frequently to customer sites.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, or software engineering with consulting or product experience
- Production LLM experience including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
- Python proficiency and experience shipping production applications
- Strong customer discovery and technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build production applications with Claude models in customer systems
- Deliver MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills for production workflows
- Provide deployment support in enterprise environments
- Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product-development stacks
- Build customer relationships and identify AI deployment opportunities
- Travel frequently to customer sites
