About the Role

You will work directly with strategic customers to build production AI applications with Claude models. You will provide deployment support, deliver technical artifacts, establish repeatable deployment patterns, and identify new deployment opportunities. You will travel frequently to customer sites and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role or software engineering with consulting experience
• Native French proficiency and fluent English proficiency
• Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience shipping production applications
• Strong customer communication and cross-organizational collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Build production applications within customer systems using Claude models
• Deliver MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills for production workflows
• Provide deployment support in enterprise environments
• Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product-development practices
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify AI deployment opportunities
• Travel 25–50% to customer sites
• Represent Anthropic in customer environments
