About the Role
You will lead semiconductor and AI-infrastructure deployments from scoping through production adoption. You will build and debug production software, design reproducible experiments and benchmarks, validate performance, investigate model behavior, and turn successful approaches into reusable tools and playbooks. You will align customer, product, and research stakeholders while managing delivery risks and trade-offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
- Experience delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Production-grade software development and debugging experience
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
- Applied machine learning, model evaluation, data quality, experimentation, or model-behavior analysis experience
- Ability to create credible baselines and reproducible experiments
- Experience with semiconductor development, data-center systems, or inference engineering
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery from scoping and prototypes through production deployment and adoption
- Work with customer engineers to define workloads, baselines, and success criteria
- Scope and sequence delivery and manage dependencies and blockers
- Build and debug production-quality software, harnesses, integrations, and product features
- Design reproducible experiments, evaluations, graders, and benchmarks
- Investigate model behavior and failure modes
- Contribute to core product development
- Lead technical discussions across customer, product, and research stakeholders
- Turn successful approaches into reusable software, tools, and playbooks
