About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will promote TMGM's products and services, generate client pipelines, build relationships, provide exceptional service across communication channels, respond to client inquiries, meet sales KPIs, and develop knowledge of the FX industry and trading platforms.
Requirements
- Forex or CFD experience preferred but not mandatory
- At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong eagerness to learn finance expertise and professional skills
- Comfort making high volumes of outbound calls
- Confident communication skills and ability to engage diverse buyers
- Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and results orientation
- Excellent communication and ability to adapt approaches to different audiences
- English proficiency and native-level Korean proficiency
- Understanding of Korean market and business culture
