About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will focus on driving sales for TMGM's products and services, providing clients with exceptional service across all communication channels. You will independently use your sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines, build and nurture relationships with new clients, and respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries. You will work towards specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets, expand your knowledge of the markets and FX industry, and strive to achieve team and individual metrics.
Requirements
- Forex/CFD experience preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 1 year in sales or customer-facing roles (CS, inbound/outbound support, consulting etc.)
- Strong eagerness to learn finance expertise & professional skills
- Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
- Confident communication skills or motivation to enhance communication abilities
- Strong ownership of responsibilities and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences
- Proficiency in English and native-level Korean, with understanding of Korean market and business culture
