About the Role
You will service, inspect, diagnose, and repair fleet vehicles. You will maintain vehicle readiness for demonstrations, document repairs and parts usage, follow workshop safety requirements, and communicate recurring issues and driver-reported faults.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in automotive servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician in an automotive servicing or fleet environment.
- Diagnostic capability using OEM or third-party equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and bodywork repairs using OEM repair manuals.
- Ability to use computer systems such as Word and Excel to track maintenance.
- Knowledge of workshop safety and compliance standards.
- UK driving license.
- Ability to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled servicing and inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Prepare vehicles for demonstrations.
- Follow workshop safety and compliance requirements.
- Document faults, repairs, and parts used.
- Communicate recurring issues and improvement ideas.
- Resolve issues reported by fleet drivers.
