About the Role
You will monitor real-time fleet safety alerts and environmental conditions, coordinate partner shipments and autonomous vehicle testing missions, troubleshoot technical issues remotely, and maintain operational documentation. You will communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, use diagnostic tools, manage third-party partner relationships, and provide customer service.
Requirements
- Undergraduate four-year education and/or equivalent logistics or transportation industry experience
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid US driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time fleet safety alerts and environmental conditions and execute incident response protocols
- Coordinate partner shipments and internal autonomous vehicle testing missions
- Troubleshoot mission-critical technical issues remotely
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support product improvements
- Maintain operational records and documentation for safety and reporting compliance
- Use software and diagnostic tools to monitor and resolve technical issues
- Manage third-party partner relationships and provide customer service
