About the Role

You will support customers by phone, answer account questions, process withdrawals and transfers, identify resources, and place trades. You will complete sponsored FINRA licensing training, develop financial-services skills, initially work remotely four days per week, and later work on-site in an Investor Center.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience by phone or in person.
  • Ability to work face-to-face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Successful completion of required FINRA examinations.
