About the Role
You will support Trump Accounts customers by phone, email, and chat on account setup, contributions, eligibility, and custodial account matters. You will identify friction points and product gaps, share feedback with leadership, and provide flexible coverage during evenings, weekends, and special events.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting customers through phone and written channels
- Ability to defuse customer anxiety
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a multitasking environment
- Schedule flexibility
- US citizenship or lawful permanent residency
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat
- Help customers with account setup, contributions, eligibility, and custodial account matters
- Surface platform friction points and improvement opportunities
- Aggregate customer feedback and identify process pain points and product gaps
- Maintain flexible availability for evening, weekend, and special-event coverage
