About the Role

You will serve as the face of the branch, support valued clients, handle front lobby transactions, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. You will apply compliance knowledge, make effective introductions, adopt new technology, and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience
  • Superb interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement
  • Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licensing preparation
  • No immigration sponsorship
