About the Role
You will answer customer enquiries about products and services by phone and email. You will support private customers using the TWINT Prepaid app, advise business customers on the TWINT payment solution, and guide them through its introduction. You will use your communication skills to create positive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Completed retail or commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by call-center experience
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
- Digital affinity and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent spoken communication skills in German, French, and Italian
Responsibilities
- Answer enquiries about products and services by phone and email
- Support private customers in using the TWINT Prepaid app
- Advise business customers on the TWINT payment solution and guide its introduction
- Create positive customer experiences through clear communication
