About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You will process applications, respond through phone, chat, and email, explain products, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct video notary sessions, coordinate with vendors, and share insights that improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited university preferred
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role
- Active Hawaii Mortgage Loan Originator license within the last 5 years preferred
- Ability to obtain Hawaii Mortgage Loan Originator licensing within 60 days of hire
- Complete required compliance training
- Follow security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact and advocate for customers
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email
- Process applications with exceptional customer service
- Educate customers about Figure and its products
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct video notary sessions and coordinate with vendors
- Gather customer insights and support process improvements
- Participate in training and licensing programs
