About the Role

You will prepare consolidated, lender, partner, and international statutory financial statements. You will research complex accounting, document conclusions, coordinate external audits, maintain SOX controls, and improve financial-reporting processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA certification
Six or more years of accounting and audit experience
Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
Experience designing or auditing SOX financial reporting controls
Financial consolidation expertise
Technical accounting memorandum writing
Project management in deadline-oriented environments

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement preparation
Prepare monthly financial statements for lenders and business partners
Prepare statutory financial statements for international subsidiaries
Research and evaluate complex accounting transactions
Prepare technical accounting memoranda
Coordinate external audit reviews requests and walkthroughs
Implement and maintain SOX financial reporting controls
Identify process gaps and improve the financial reporting control environment
