About the Role
You will own group accounting and bring it in-house from external providers. You will build procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes; automate finance operations; deliver multi-entity reporting; establish audit controls; and support budgeting, forecasting, cash analysis, tax structuring, and funding activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting or controlling experience
- Experience owning a month-end close end to end
- Experience building or improving processes in startup environments
- Experience with an ERP or modern finance stack
- Knowledge of Dutch, Swiss, and/or US statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Ability to work in the office at least three days per week
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of group accounting and bring it in-house
- Build procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes
- Automate recurring finance operations using finance tools
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting across entities, currencies, and reporting frameworks
- Establish audit documentation and control trails
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash analysis, tax structuring, and funding activities
