About the Role
You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statement closing and subsidiary closing activities. You will coordinate with domestic and overseas subsidiaries, oversee closing schedules and external audits, review financial implications of investments and M&A, and prepare reports for management. You will analyze account fluctuations, manage intercompany balances and transactions, address accounting issues arising from business changes, and improve financial closing processes through standardization, automation, AI, ERP, and financial systems.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of K-IFRS and relevant practical experience
- Experience operating subsidiary consolidation package preparation and review processes
- Practical experience preparing business reports and quarterly and semiannual review reports
- Three to five years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statement closing and subsidiary closing activities
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas subsidiaries to maintain stable closing operations
- Manage closing schedules and lead closing processes, including external audit responses
- Review financial implications of M&A involving subsidiaries and associates
- Review business-plan cash flows used for goodwill and investment valuation
- Prepare reports for management and provide financial implications for decision-making
- Review accounting standards and management methods to improve the reliability and consistency of key accounts
- Analyze monthly fluctuations, identify issues, and investigate root causes
- Manage account reconciliation and intercompany transactions between headquarters and subsidiaries
- Review and address accounting issues resulting from new game launches and changes in revenue structures
- Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve financial closing processes
- Improve templates, workflows, operating methods, ERP, and financial systems
- Provide financial data and analysis to relevant internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with corporate development, strategy, and global operations to establish and apply global financial operating standards
