About the Role

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, billing, and operational finance processes. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; prepare solo and consolidated accounts; manage cash and liquidity; support tax, transfer-pricing, regulatory, and audit activities; and build financial processes, controls, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

  • CPA certification
  • 1–2 years of experience in an Assistant Controller or similar role
  • Big 4 internship background
  • Fintech experience
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • In-office availability
  • Ability to use modern tools, including AI

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable
  • Support billing and operational finance processes
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Prepare solo and consolidated accounts across group entities
  • Support Israeli tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and subsidiary returns
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and provide support
  • Coordinate with external auditors and statutory audit processes
  • Manage cash and monitor liquidity
  • Support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
  • Build and maintain financial processes, controls, and reporting dashboards
