About the Role

You will build and operate tax integrations, internal products, audit-ready evidence pipelines, and data controls. You will support billing, ERP, purchasing, tax-engine, and data-infrastructure connections. You will develop tax tooling across indirect tax, provision, withholding, research credits, and transfer pricing, and work directly with vendors, auditors, engineers, and tax stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience building or owning production integrations for billing platforms, ERPs, or tax or finance systems
• Tax-systems fluency in at least one tax domain
• Production-grade Python with testing and code-review discipline
• SQL proficiency for reconciliations and end-to-end data validation
• Experience with SOX-aware data flows, IPE, control totals, or documented and testable pipelines
• Ability to work with vendors, auditors, engineers, and tax stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own tax-related billing-code changes and billing-to-tax-engine integrations
• Lead AP tax-engine implementation across ERP-connected purchasing flows
• Build tax products and internal tooling across the tax stack
• Own production connection points between the tax stack and data infrastructure
• Build SOX-aware IPE, control-total, reconciliation, and evidence-pipeline tooling
• Build tools that apply Claude to tax work and enable tax colleagues to self-serve
• Own vendor implementation handoffs and post-launch technical accountability
• Partner with billing engineering, data platform, tax, treasury, and product stakeholders
