About the Role
You will implement GTM software and build automated workflows, integrations, enrichment pipelines, scoring systems, and AI-powered internal tools. You will develop Postgres, Fivetran, and reverse-ETL data architecture, ship production code with observability and error handling, and debug production incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a related technical role
- Python and TypeScript skills
- Experience with modern GTM stacks including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, and enrichment providers
- Production experience with LLMs
- Strong knowledge of SQL, schemas, and GTM and warehouse data flows
- Experience building data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Implement GTM software for marketing, sales, and agent development
- Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems
- Own enrichment infrastructure and Salesforce record upserts
- Build AI agents and internal tools for sales workflows
- Build and improve account fit-scoring pipelines
- Develop data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran, and reverse ETL
- Ship production code with review, observability, and error handling
- Debug production incidents
