About the Role
You will architect and implement integrations across business systems. You will build API, webhook, sync, and event-driven workflows; automate user lifecycles; maintain data quality and monitoring; support audits; troubleshoot production issues; and help integrate acquired technology estates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on enterprise SaaS integration experience
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM provisioning
- Experience with an integration platform or custom API development
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar scripting language
- Experience integrating ERP, HRIS, CRM, and ATS systems
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and data transformation
- Experience with IAM integrations
- Ability to read and write SQL
- Troubleshooting skills for API logs, HTTP requests, and JSON payloads
Responsibilities
- Design and build integrations between core business systems
- Implement API integrations, webhooks, scheduled syncs, and event-driven workflows
- Build data transformations, field mappings, and validation rules
- Design error handling, retry logic, and monitoring
- Define integration patterns and standards
- Design automated joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
- Build data-quality checks into integration pipelines
- Evaluate integration tools, platforms, and SaaS connectors
- Monitor integration health and troubleshoot failures
- Document runbooks and support procedures
- Support compliance audits and implement audit trails
- Assess and integrate acquired application landscapes
