About the Role

You will plan and improve finance operations and systems for new and existing services, align requirements with laws and internal policies, define and test system requirements, manage cross-functional projects, analyze operational issues, and advance BPR initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial-institution operations planning or BPR
  • Experience defining business and system requirements, coordinating with development teams, and conducting UAT in a fintech company
  • Experience creating business-requirements documents and designing and conducting UAT
  • Experience planning and delivering services with legal, compliance, and systems departments
  • Experience defining requirements and conducting UAT for management information systems
  • Experience organizing business requirements and performing fit-gap analysis
  • SQL data extraction experience
  • ERP implementation or development experience, especially for accounts receivable and payable modules
  • Experience with funds transfer, prepaid payment instruments, financial regulators, or debt management
  • Experience using English business documents

Responsibilities

  • Define business and system requirements for new and existing services
  • Confirm alignment with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Review system requirement documents and plan and conduct UAT
  • Drive projects with legal, compliance, systems, accounting, customer support, and merchant management departments
  • Create WBS documents and manage progress, issues, and action items
  • Prepare and present reports to executives and department heads
  • Analyze finance operations and system issues and drive improvements
  • Advance operational processes and system efficiency
