About the Role
Own day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including month-end closings, consolidation inputs, AR and AP processes, reconciliations, audit and tax coordination, AI-enabled finance workflow automation, regulatory compliance, and ad hoc finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification completed or actively in progress preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Prior exposure to Big 4 auditing, financial services, digital asset businesses, or multi-entity regulated environments preferred
- Exposure to digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools within finance workflows
- Experience with Workday or comparable ERP systems such as Xero, NetSuite, or SAP is an advantage
- Solid grounding in multi-entity accounting, intercompany processes, and group consolidation
- Experience supporting external audit and tax compliance coordination across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Own month-end book closing for various legal entities and produce audit-ready financial records
- Prepare and review consolidation inputs across multiple legal entities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and maintain bank matrix and schedules
- Perform reconciliations and maintain financial operations control points
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
- Design and implement finance workflow automations using AI tools
- Support group reporting, regulatory compliance tasks, and ad hoc finance projects
