About the Role

You will own day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, perform month-end closings, prepare consolidation inputs, manage AR and AP processes, maintain reconciliations and bank schedules, coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, design and implement finance workflow automations using AI, and support regulatory compliance and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
  • CPA ACCA or equivalent professional qualification completed or actively in progress
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Prior exposure to Big 4 auditing financial services digital asset businesses or multi-entity regulated environments is preferred
  • Exposure to digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools within finance workflows
  • Experience with Workday or comparable ERP systems such as Xero NetSuite SAP is an advantage
  • Solid grounding in multi-entity accounting intercompany processes and group consolidation
  • Experience supporting external audit and tax compliance coordination across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own month-end book closing for various legal entities and produce audit-ready financial records
  • Prepare and review consolidation inputs across multiple legal entities
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and maintain bank matrix and schedules
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain financial operations control points
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
  • Design and implement finance workflow automations using AI tools
  • Support group reporting, regulatory compliance tasks, and ad hoc finance projects
