About the Role
Support venture fund initiatives by building and refining financial models, analyzing portfolio performance, producing regular planning and reporting, delivering data-driven insights for capital allocation, contributing to budgeting and M&A modeling, and improving financial processes through standardization, automation, and AI-driven workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–5+ years of experience in finance, investing, or investment banking, including experience supporting planning and forecasting.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and connect it to business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects in a structured, timely manner.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data and recommendations to partners at different levels.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine fund models incorporating management fees, committed capital, and investment performance across portfolios.
- Analyze return drivers and portfolio performance to support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by tracking assets under management, net asset value, and portfolio returns.
- Contribute to fiscal planning and budgeting processes by aligning cost center spend with broader financial goals.
- Conduct financial analyses across business areas and support mergers and acquisitions through modeling and performance tracking.
- Improve financial processes through standardization, automation, and AI-driven workflow improvements.
