About the Role
You will own the operating P&L for datacenter infrastructure partnerships across leases, power, and operations. You will forecast datacenter spending, run budget-versus-actual analysis, support site optimization and operating-model decisions, handle partner finance requests, and ensure signed deal budgets are operationalized at commissioning.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic finance, infrastructure investment, FP&A, private equity, consulting, or investment banking
- Experience owning an infrastructure operating P&L and driving cost-out programs
- Financial analysis and complex operating-model development skills
- Experience working with partners, vendors, and technical operating teams
- Relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own operating P&Ls for datacenter infrastructure partnerships
- Forecast near-term datacenter spending
- Run budget-versus-actual analysis on projects
- Provide financial guidance to keep sites on budget and reduce operating costs
- Lead financial analysis for site optimization and operating-model decisions
- Handle operational finance requests for datacenter partners and live sites
- Support deal-to-operations handoffs and operationalize commissioning budgets
