About the Role
You will own the financial architecture for strategic partnerships across hyperscalers, LLM providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. You will build business cases, pricing frameworks, partnership P&Ls, unit-economics models, and scenario analyses. You will design and run partner onboarding, billing, revenue-share, attribution, invoicing, reporting, and contract-to-cash workflows. You will support deal structuring and term-sheet negotiations with executive-ready recommendations, guardrails, and redlines. You will use AI agents and automation to replace manual processes with scalable infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience structuring complex technology partnerships, including usage-based pricing, compute commitments, revenue shares, referral and reseller programs, co-sell motions, and first-party product integrations
- Expert Excel modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfort with SQL, HEX, BI tools, or equivalent
- Experience using AI tools and agents to automate work
- Bachelor's degree
- Foundation in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting combined with operational experience in strategic finance, partnerships finance, or deal operations at a high-growth AI or technology company
- Experience structuring or evaluating partnerships with hyperscalers, LLM providers, or major platform companies
Responsibilities
- Build and own partnership models and business cases, including pricing structures, unit economics, margin implications, compute costs, and scenario analyses
- Evaluate partnerships based on incrementality and long-term value creation
- Design and operationalize partner onboarding, billing, revenue-share, attribution, invoicing, and reporting processes
- Own accurate, auditable, and scalable contract-to-cash workflows
- Support deal pricing and structuring from early evaluation through term-sheet negotiation
- Prepare executive-ready recommendations, tradeoffs, guardrails, and redlines
- Identify recurring contract risks and build internal deal frameworks
- Use AI agents and automation to replace manual processes with scalable infrastructure
