About the Role
You will lead technical capture for European opportunities and provide presales expertise on V-BAT and related products. You will support customer engagements, proposals, demonstrations, technical documentation, competitive analysis, and solution development while connecting customer requirements with product capabilities and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical presales, business development, or solutions engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience with U.S. Federal or international government requirements
- Technical knowledge of aircraft, UAS, multispectral sensors, AI, autonomy, and defense technology
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Technical writing ability for RFIs, abstracts, and quad charts
- Leadership experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead technical capture efforts for European opportunities
- Develop technical strategies and proposal content
- Serve as the technical lead for European GTM engagements
- Manage technical content for proposals, RFIs, white papers, and capability briefs
- Support customer engagements, capability briefings, and solution discussions
- Liaise between Business Development and Engineering on customer requests
- Maintain technical documentation and sales collateral
- Train and mentor Business Development teams on technical product aspects
- Support competitive analysis and market intelligence
- Plan and execute customer demonstrations as an on-site V-BAT subject-matter expert
- Improve Business Development workflows and technical capture strategies
