About the Role
You will conduct technical discovery with partners, support opportunity qualification, and create enablement assets such as technical decks, documentation, videos, and reference architectures. You will test newly deployed models and features, build quality-control tooling, guide API deployments and model fine-tuning, and relay product feedback. You will provide post-deployment support, recommend optimizations, develop customer features, and help progress technical sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical partner presales or consulting role
- Experience working with large cloud or platform providers
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions
- Python development skills and experience integrating data from multiple sources
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and AI/ML deployment patterns
- Experience building enablement assets and delivering enablement at scale
- Experience managing implementation projects from discovery through delivery
- Experience running solution-design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Stakeholder management experience, including with C-level executives
- Presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with partners and account executives
- Onboard AI platform and model updates to partner platforms
- Enable partner technical and sales teams at scale
- Create and update technical enablement assets and reference architectures
- Support opportunity qualification and technical sales progression
- Test newly deployed models, features, and tools
- Build quality-control tooling for model deployments
- Guide partners and customers in deploying the text completion API
- Support model fine-tuning for customer requirements
- Relay customer and partner feedback to product and technical teams
- Provide post-deployment support and optimization recommendations
- Develop custom customer features as needed
