About the Role
You will act as a customer-facing technical expert for Hivemind autonomy solutions. You will lead discovery, briefings, demonstrations, technical interchange meetings, and capture activities; translate mission needs into feasible solutions; develop technical sales materials; and represent customer requirements, technical risks, and field feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant solutions engineering, field applications engineering, systems engineering, technical sales, autonomy, robotics, defense software, or aerospace experience
- Technical understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, unmanned systems, robotics, or defense technology
- Customer-facing technical engagement experience
- Experience with international defense, security, aerospace, government, or advanced technology customers
- Ability to translate mission needs into feasible solutions and product feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Ability to work from or regularly support activities in London
- Professional fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for Hivemind autonomy solutions across EURAF
- Support customer discovery, technical briefings, demonstrations, and capture activities
- Translate mission needs, operational objectives, and integration constraints into solution concepts
- Support RFIs, RFPs, proposals, white papers, demos, and technical narratives
- Explain autonomy capabilities, limitations, roadmap considerations, and integration requirements
- Develop and maintain capability briefs, demo scripts, solution templates, FAQs, white papers, and briefing materials
- Represent customer requirements, technical risks, roadmap gaps, and field feedback
- Help customers evaluate autonomy for mission planning, modernization, and operational outcomes
- Monitor autonomy, AI, unmanned systems, and regional defense developments
- Tailor technical messaging and solution concepts to EURAF customer missions
