About the Role
You will onboard customers onto AI products and guide their deployment and integration. You will design production infrastructure from GPU stacks through back-end and front-end interfaces, deploy and scale AI applications, contribute to open-source codebases, and provide technical guidance during pre-sales discussions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production
- Python proficiency
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Onboard customers onto products and guide deployment and integration
- Ensure production infrastructure from GPU stacks to back-end and front-end interfaces
- Deploy AI applications for consumer and industrial use cases
- Collaborate on complex customer projects involving deployment, scaling, inference, and fine-tuning
- Contribute to open-source codebases
- Participate in pre-sales calls and provide technical product guidance
