About the Role
You own Hypernative’s EMEA event presence across conferences, side events, sponsored activations, executive roundtables, and VIP experiences. You partner with account executives, build ecosystem relationships, generate pipeline, identify regional event opportunities, support APAC activity, and report on event performance.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of B2B field or event marketing experience
- Knowledge of the European crypto, DeFi, and CeFi ecosystem
- Experience partnering with sales to generate and accelerate pipeline through events
- Ability to operate autonomously under remote management
- Ability to represent the company effectively in senior-level settings
- Based in the EMEA region
- Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA and periodically to the US
Responsibilities
- Execute EMEA conferences, side events, and sponsored activations
- Partner with EMEA and APAC account executives on outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-up
- Build relationships with protocols, exchanges, venture firms, and media
- Plan executive roundtables and VIP experiences for target accounts
- Identify regional event opportunities and recommend investments
- Support the APAC event calendar
- Track and report event attendance, lead generation, pipeline influence, and conversion
