About the Role

You will shape and execute the field marketing program across conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and product launch events. You will work with GTM leadership to select event portfolios, generate and follow up with leads, extend the brand across formats, and measure ROI, pipeline influence, sales engagement, and lead outcomes. You will manage priorities, partners, vendors, timelines, and domestic and international travel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience planning, executing, and hosting sponsored events
• 1-2+ years of field marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software startup
• Experience with tradeshows, webinars or virtual events, and customer dinners
• Experience building awareness and driving demand generation
• Project management experience managing multiple priorities, partners, vendors, and timelines
• Familiarity with sales processes and systems
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to execute an event portfolio that accelerates demand-generation pipelines
• Execute event strategy to reach target audiences, generate leads, and follow up with leads promptly
• Extend the brand through conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and product launch events
• Define and measure field marketing KPIs including ROI, lead generation, pipeline influence, and sales engagement
• Own lead outcomes and event ROI
