About the Role
You will build and execute the field marketing program across conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and product launches. You will partner with GTM leaders, manage event operations and follow-up, measure ROI and pipeline impact, and own lead outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience planning, executing, and hosting sponsored events
- 1–2+ years of field marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software startup
- Experience across tradeshows, webinars or virtual events, and customer dinners
- Experience with awareness and demand-generation events
- Experience turning projects and experiments into repeatable programs
- Project management skills for multiple priorities, partners, vendors, and timelines
- Familiarity with sales processes and systems
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to execute an event portfolio that accelerates demand generation
- Execute event strategy for target audiences, lead generation, and timely follow-up
- Extend the brand across conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and product launch events
- Define and measure field marketing KPIs including ROI, lead generation, pipeline influence, and sales engagement
- Own generated-lead outcomes and event ROI
