About the Role

You will plan and execute field events, conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and related activations. You will manage logistics, vendors, shipping, swag, attendee data, campaign attribution, lead routing, event reporting, and coordination with SDRs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or operations
• Organizational and project management skills
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to coordinate smaller events
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of field events, conferences, and trade shows
• Manage event logistics, sales enablement, vendor communication, shipping, onsite needs, and follow-up
• Coordinate executive dinners and conference activations
• Research events and sponsorship opportunities
• Coordinate event targets, outreach, lead routing, and follow-up with SDRs
• Manage swag, branded materials, and gifts
• Maintain attendee and lead data, campaign attribution, and lead routing
• Track event performance and lead quality
