About Spiko
Spiko is a Paris-based fintech licensed by the French ACPR as a MiFID investment firm, offering regulated tokenized money market funds to businesses and individuals. Its products invest in treasury bills from core Eurozone countries or use collateralized total return swaps with Tier 1 banks to deliver daily interest. Fund shares are issued as ERC-20 tokens on public blockchains including Ethereum, Stellar, Arbitrum, and Polygon, enabling 24/7 transfers and API access. About the Role
You will build and animate a community of CFOs and finance leaders. You will organize owned and third-party events, manage event logistics and partnerships, create newsletters and online engagement, develop co-marketing opportunities, and measure community and pipeline impact across Europe.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience organizing B2B events and building communities
- Experience owning a company's presence at industry conferences and trade shows
- Experience with senior finance or C-level audiences
- Fluent English
- Native-level French
- Strong project management skills
- Interest in financial services
- Willingness to travel roughly once per month
Responsibilities
- Select relevant industry conferences, fintech salons, and CFO summits
- Manage booths and sponsorships
- Secure speaking slots
- Plan and execute lunches, breakfasts, roundtables, and networking events
- Handle event logistics, guest curation, speaker selection, and follow-ups
- Build and grow the CFO community
- Run a recurring newsletter
- Share event recaps and highlights on LinkedIn
- Identify and engage co-marketing partners
- Track community growth, attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
