About the Role
You will lead technical relationships for strategic enterprise customers from pre-sales architecture through post-sales adoption and expansion. You will conduct discovery, build live applications, deploy MCP servers, configure governance and identity systems, lead workshops, and validate new use cases.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS or developer tools company
- Experience with enterprise adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Experience running POCs, onboarding sessions, and workshops
- JavaScript, Python, or similar programming knowledge
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Comfort with significant travel
- Replit product experience
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and design technical strategies
- Build live applications during executive meetings
- Write and deploy Model Context Protocol servers
- Configure workspace policies and AI governance templates
- Lead reviews for single-tenant and VPC deployments
- Lead hackathons and trials
- Lead technical kickoffs and production identity provisioning
- Run technical onboarding, training, and workshops
- Build design systems and starter templates
- Identify and validate expansion opportunities
- Co-lead quarterly business reviews
