About the Role

You drive farmer acquisition, product enrollment, community engagement, and customer support within assigned communities. You promote insurance, micro-loans, climate advisory services, agricultural products, financing, and technology solutions while building relationships with farmers, cooperatives, community leaders, and other stakeholders. You conduct community presentations, meet sales and onboarding targets, support farmers with product and agricultural information, collect and report field data, address customer concerns, monitor market activity, and maintain accountability for assigned resources.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective farmers and customers within assigned locations
  • Conduct and participate in community sensitization and product or service presentations
  • Drive farmer acquisition, onboarding, and registration
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and onboarding targets
  • Promote agricultural products, services, insurance, financing, technology solutions, and other approved offerings
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, cooperatives, community leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Follow up with existing and prospective customers to improve conversion and retention
  • Support farmers with basic information on product usage, good agronomic practices, and available agricultural services
  • Collect accurate customer and field information and submit it through approved digital platforms
  • Monitor customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Track competitors, market opportunities, customer feedback, and emerging needs within assigned locations
  • Prepare regular field and sales reports detailing activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations
  • Ensure accountability for assigned funds, materials, equipment, and organizational assets
  • Support other field and program activities as assigned by the Head of Programs and Field Operations
