About the Role
You will coordinate facility-maintenance vendors, contracts, bids, purchasing, work orders, and reporting. You will conduct contractor walk-downs, create RFPs and RFPOs, support vendor compliance activities, and ensure accurate purchase orders without cost overruns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years of facility vendor and contract management experience
Responsibilities
- Assist facilities managers and supervisors with project implementation
- Create meetings and presentations for site and executive leadership
- Provide campus-wide reporting on spend, ticketing, and other metrics
- Maintain facilities-service contracts
- Obtain bids from competing contractors
- Perform job walk-downs with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure vendors are approved, vetted, and insured
- Assist with vendor and contractor badging, NDAs, and safety training
- Create RFPs and RFPOs and assist with vendor selection
- Ensure purchase orders are accurate and avoid cost overruns
