About the Role

You will maintain clean, organized, and stocked office and warehouse-adjacent spaces. You will manage consumable inventory and vendors, prepare workstations, support lunches and events, resolve daily facilities issues, and complete small hands-on projects such as furniture assembly and equipment moves.

Requirements

Experience in facilities, janitorial, hospitality, workplace operations, or a similar hands-on role preferred
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Comfort working in an active warehouse and office environment
Basic handyman skills, vendor coordination, food-service coordination, and manufacturing or startup experience are preferred

Responsibilities

Clean and stock break rooms, coffee bars, kitchenettes, and conference rooms
Clean and restock restrooms and maintain sanitation standards
Track facility consumables and coordinate with vendors
Clean and reset desks and workstations for new hires and team moves
Set up, operate, and clean up lunches, meetings, and events
Respond to spills, leaks, and restroom outages and escalate maintenance concerns
Complete small projects including hanging items, assembling furniture, and moving equipment
