About the Role
You will produce product experiences, launches, demos, custom installations and live events. You will turn concepts into build plans, manage agencies and fabricators, lead technical production and onsite delivery, oversee budgets and contracts, and use performance data to improve future experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years producing experiential programs brand activations launches installations exhibitions or live events
- Experience producing booths and custom builds
- Experience working with product engineering or technical teams
- Experience independently managing multiple projects
- Vendor and agency network
- Negotiation skills
- Experience adapting production for different audiences cultures event scales and markets
- Experience managing substantial budgets and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Produce product experiences launches demos installations and live events
- Turn concepts into production briefs and build plans
- Coordinate agencies fabricators technical specialists and venues
- Manage scopes bids negotiations contracts procurement budgets and forecasts
- Lead booth builds technical production and live delivery
- Protect quality accessibility safety privacy and brand standards
- Use AI tools for research planning vendor briefs and post-event analysis
- Set success measures and use feedback and results to improve future experiences
