About the Role
You will manage your own trading account and use data-driven methods to refine and scale profitable futures strategies. You will identify, research, and exploit market opportunities; collaborate on market fundamentals and execution techniques; and use technology and capital to optimize trading performance.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience trading discretionary intraday futures strategies within a proprietary trading firm.
- Demonstrate seven-figure net annual P&L performance or be on track to reach it.
- Bring a refined, profitable trading methodology with consistent performance.
- Preferably focus on CME, ICE, or Eurex markets.
- Commit to risk management, routine, and emotional control.
- Base yourself in an office.
