About the Role
You manage the end-to-end delivery and handling of forex products, currency, and remittances. You deliver currency notes, prepaid cards, and remittance documents, process branch transactions, handle cash, verify client information, maintain records, follow KYC and AML requirements, plan delivery routes, and coordinate with branch, logistics, and back-office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in cash handling teller work or forex operations
- Experience in product delivery or logistics is a plus
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of forex products exchange rates KYC AML and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to plan delivery routes and optimize workflows
- Proficiency with fintech remittance software and MS Office or Excel
- High integrity and trustworthiness when handling cash and financial products
- Ability to work reliably under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional demeanor and customer orientation
Responsibilities
- Deliver currency notes prepaid cards and remittance documents
- Process forex transactions including currency sales travel cards and remittances
- Verify client identities and collect required documentation
- Provide customer service and escalate grievances or transaction issues
- Maintain cash balances and reconcile tills and forex inventory
- Record transactions in forex software and protect data integrity
- Follow KYC AML RBI and internal compliance requirements
- Identify and report suspicious activity
- Follow security road safety and operational regulations
- Plan delivery routes and maintain delivery and transaction logs
- Coordinate with branch logistics and back-office teams
- Provide workflow improvement feedback
