About the Role
You will provide operational support to three senior leaders. You will own scheduling, track commitments and project follow-ups, conduct regular briefings, reconcile expenses, arrange travel, and handle special projects and confidential information with sound judgment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, business partner, chief of staff, or senior administrative role
- Complex calendar management across multiple time zones
- Written and verbal communication
- Confidentiality and judgment
- International travel coordination
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Interest in AI safety, alignment, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end scheduling for three senior leaders
- Prioritize meeting requests, resolve conflicts, and protect executive time
- Track executive responsibilities, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Conduct regular executive check-ins and relay key updates
- Process and reconcile executive expenses
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Track projects requiring executive input or sign-off
- Complete executive support tasks and special projects
