About the Role
You will provide high-trust operational and administrative support to revenue leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate logistics across time zones, prepare meeting materials, track actions, triage inboxes, automate recurring work, and deliver discrete projects including travel, offsites, board logistics, and operating cadence.
Requirements
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a high-velocity environment
- Organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Judgment and problem-solving skills
- Fluency with AI tools
- Track record of automating work
- Emotional intelligence and discretion
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and time allocation for revenue leadership
- Prepare executives for meetings with pre-reads, context, and required decisions
- Capture meeting actions and follow them through to completion
- Triage executive inboxes and draft correspondence
- Automate briefing preparation, triage, scheduling, and recurring reporting
- Run projects including board logistics, executive travel, offsites, and revenue operating cadence
