About the Role

You will turn product decisions into clear operating plans, coordinate testing and launch readiness, maintain project visibility, and keep risks and commitments on track. You will investigate customer issues, manage escalations, analyze recurring friction, and build AI-powered workflows and self-service tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations program management customer experience technical support consulting or another customer-facing analytical role
  • Process-oriented approach to organizing ambiguous cross-functional work
  • Experience using AI to automate analyze or build work solutions
  • Ability to use qualitative feedback and data to identify patterns size problems and measure outcomes
  • Precise and empathetic written communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and drive clarity across stakeholders
  • Technical fluency with APIs integrations debugging or data analysis
  • Experience in B2B SaaS travel fintech or another operationally complex product

Responsibilities

  • Manage launch lifecycle activities including customer testing readiness change management documentation and communication
  • Maintain Linear for projects owners milestones dependencies status and product decisions
  • Triage product-related customer issues across email and chat and manage escalations to resolution
  • Analyze support trends and customer feedback to identify root causes and recommend actions
  • Build AI-powered workflows automations knowledge systems and self-service experiences
