About the Role

You will provide administrative and operational support to key executives in Nepal. You will manage complex calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups. You will plan and coordinate travel itineraries and logistics, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, and handle sensitive information with discretion. You will facilitate clear communication across teams, support day-to-day office operations, proactively anticipate executive needs, improve workflows, and occasionally assist with personal errands and travel.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with Notion
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and handle personal errands
  • Proactive approach and calm presence
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritising tasks
